Special Cakes


Date and walnut hot cake

Ingredients:- seedless khajur            -   400 gms
Walnut                                                 -  175 gms
Sugar                                                    -  200 gms
Butter                                                   -  250 gms
(Maida) Flour                                      -  250 gms
Eggs                                                       -  6 nos
Water                                                    -  250 ml
Baking Soda                                         -  1 1/2 table spoon
Procedure:- Separately cut walnut and kajur to small pieces. In luke warm water put sugar, butter and small pieces of khajur. Mix well beat eggs in separate bowl maida plus baking soda and small walnut mix well then put this mixture in beated eggs bowl and side by side mix the mixture of khajur. Mix all the mixture smoothly and gently grease the baking container and put the smoothen mixture for 30 to 40 mins. Serve hot.  

Malai cake

Ingredients:-
 Mawa                     -  400 gms
Custard sugar         -  125 gms
Pista                         -  ½ cup
Elaichi powder       -  ½ spoon
Olive oil                   -  1 spoon
Cream                      -  ½ cup
Silver paper

Procedure:-
Fry mawa plus olive oil for 1 minute. Then put custard sugar and mix for another fire to 7 min. put to cold. Then mix cream, pista and elaichi powder. When all the in gradient mixture is mixed well then put the mixture in greased plate. Deco with silver paper and pista and put in freeze for 4 to 6 hours for setting serve it for your dear ones.

Orange Cake

Ingredients:-
Flour                                                 -  175 gms
Sugar                                                -  115 gms
Butter                                              -  85 gms
Eggs beaten                                   -  3
Juice and ring of two oranges.
1 tea spoon baking powder.

Procedure:-
Pre heat micro to 190 degree
Cream, butter and sugar together. Add egg yolks. Mix flour and baking powder together stir in mixture. Add strained orange juice & shreeded rind, whisk the egg. Well fold the mixture. Turn into a greased tin and bake in microwave for 40 to 50 min till well risen and nicely browned.
